Header: Responsibilities

- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ADP to attract top talent through effective sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Manage onboarding, training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns proactively, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication channels to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Implement and refine HR processes through continuous process improvement efforts using tools like Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Ceridian for payroll and time management accuracy.
- Supervise HR team members in daily operations while providing mentorship in areas such as HR sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and program management.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions related to staffing levels, budgeting,



and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records within HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and ensuring adherence to best practices in human resources management.

- Proven experience in supervising HR teams with strong leadership capabilities in human resources management.
- Expertise in change management strategies to support organizational transitions smoothly.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective presentation of HR initiatives and training sessions.
- Proficiency with HR software including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, Ceridian for payroll processing and data analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and employment terms.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations practices and legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to optimize HR workflows.
- Skilled in data collection, analysis techniques, and reporting to support strategic planning.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for sourcing top candidates efficiently.
- Familiarity with training & development programs aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities across various levels.
