- Lead full recruitment cycle from postings to recommendations
- Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies
- Implement selection testing and onboarding processes
- Produce recruitment metrics for informed decisions
- Enhance HR processes including performance and succession planning Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in human resources management
- At least 3 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment
- Knowledge of HR management systems like ADP Workforce Now
- Bilingual in French and English
