- Support processes related to compensation, benefits and payroll in collaboration with the appropriate internal teams.
- Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives, including prevention as well as the management of workplace injuries, disabilities, absences and return-to-work processes.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data and contribute to the ongoing development of our systems, tools and processes.
- Help managers build greater autonomy through coaching, training and practical tools.
- Participate in the deployment of initiatives related to performance, development, recognition, engagement and the employee experience.
- Use HR data and key indicators to support decision-making, identify trends and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to various projects and to the continuous improvement of our HR practices and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A university degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or a related field, combined with three to five years of experience in an HR advisory role.
- Solid experience in labour relations, performance management and advising managers; experience in a unionized environment is considered a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of employment and labour legislation, along with the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and collective agreements.
- Sound judgment and confidence in assessing sensitive or complex situations, making recommendations and supporting their implementation.
- A good understanding of workplace health and safety, absence management and return-to-work practices.
- Knowledge of compensation, perks and payroll principles.
- Comfort working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data; experience implementing or optimizing HR systems is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities while ensuring thorough follow-up.
- A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with managers at different levels of the organization.
