Join Arc’teryx as a Construction Project Manager, where you will oversee store development projects to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. This role offers hybrid work opportunities from North Vancouver. Reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager, your focus will be on managing a portfolio of construction projects each year.

Your solid foundation in project management, budgeting, and vendor relations will drive the success of store openings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will also engage with external partners throughout the process to refine internal practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage 10-15 construction projects through to completion
- Develop project estimates while maintaining budgets and schedules




- Collaborate with city inspectors and contractors at job sites
- Report project statuses to Senior Leadership teams
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external project partners Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
- 5 years+ in retail construction project management
- Experience with budget management and scope control
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project and Procore
