The City of Markham is seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Temporary Full Time) to join the People Services team for a 2-year contract. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, you will partner with managers to provide proactive HR advisory services and oversee labour relations, compensation, and talent initiatives.

Key duties include advising on collective agreements, conducting investigations, managing LTD and attendance, supporting bargaining, and leading full-cycle
