Jim’s Pizza & Pasta is looking for a reliable, friendly and versatile team member to join our restaurant.

This is a hybrid position, meaning your responsibilities may vary from shift to shift depending on what is needed. Some shifts may focus more heavily on customer service and working the oven, while others may involve food preparation, answering phones, dishes and general kitchen support.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable learning several areas of the restaurant and stepping into different roles as needed.

Responsibilities May Include

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service
- Taking customer orders in person and over the phone
- Entering orders accurately into the POS system and processing payments
- Working the pizza oven, including removing pizzas and other items as they are ready
- Cutting, finishing, boxing and organizing orders
- Checking orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen
- Assisting with food preparation as needed
- Answering phones and taking takeout and delivery orders
- Washing dishes and keeping dish areas organized
- Restocking ingredients, packaging and supplies
- Keeping workstations, counters and kitchen areas clean
- Assisting with general cleaning and closing duties
- Supporting other team members during busy periods

- Previous restaurant, kitchen or customer-service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable taking on different responsibilities from one shift to the next.

Depending on the night, you may spend more time working with customers and running the oven, or you may be helping with food preparation, phones, dishes and other kitchen duties.

The goal is to have a team member who can become comfortable in several areas of the restaurant and help keep things running smoothly wherever they are needed most.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
