Join Weir as a Hybrid Systems Engineer, supporting advanced naval systems development across Halifax, Gatineau, Ottawa, or Montreal. Engage with clients and technical stakeholders while driving solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy. In this senior role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in systems engineering to support the integration and lifecycle management of complex information systems.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure technical coherence and compliance, designing cutting-edge solutions that fortify Canada’s maritime defense. Key Responsibilities:

- Organize workshops to gather system requirements
- Create interface control documents and technical data packages
- Collaborate in progress scrums and project technical reviews
- Assess design impacts from stakeholder feedback
- Uphold safety-first principles in engineering practices Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in technical or engineering roles
- 4 years of systems engineering experience
- Proficiency in systems security engineering
- Experience with cabling systems for data communications
- Familiarity with ISO and Naval standards Drive meaningful change in naval systems engineering with Weir.
