Job Title: Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our logistics team in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily flow of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and maintaining a streamlined warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to safety and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Logistics: Verify and uncover incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or packing slips to ensure accuracy; inspect items fordamages or defects.Outbound Logistics: Prepare, pack, and label materials securely for shipment in accordance with company standards and carrier requirements.Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain all required shipping/receiving documentation, customs paperwork (if applicable), and system entries.Inventory Management: Track and log inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS); participate in routine cycle counts and stock reconciliation.Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) to load, unload,
