Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate development of comprehensive cost estimates across multiple disciplines • Support and validate construction quantities from drawings • Develop detailed work plans for estimating activities • Interface with clients to communicate scope and defend estimates • Conduct quality control of construction documents

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or equivalent in relevant field • Over 10 years of experience in estimating • Extensive experience with structured building projects • Ability to travel for site reconnaissance and meetings • Familiarity with project scheduling software
