As an Active Living Aide, you will work under the Active Living Manager to design and implement programs that resonate with the interests of senior residents. This position involves record keeping, facilitating outings, and coordinating with team members to ensure quality care. Your commitment will bring joy and engagement to residents on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
• Maintain comprehensive departmental records and assessments
• Ensure robust communication with residents, families, and other staff




• Participate in educational sessions for professional development
• Facilitate residents' outings and support daily activities
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology or equivalent
• Experience in senior care settings preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and current Vulnerable Sector Check
