Position Title: Mill Labourer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Organization: Gibraltar Mine

Location: Williams Lake, BC

Reporting Relationship: Foreman, Mill Operations

Salary Range: $31.29 per hour

Role Overview

A Mill Labourer supports safe and efficient mill operations by performing physically demanding tasks, including material handling, equipment clean‑up, lifting, climbing stairs, and working in an industrial setting. This role requires adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards while contributing to the overall productivity of the processing plant.

Core Responsibilities

- Safely perform physically demanding labour work which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, climbing stairs and exposure to an industrial environment.
- Experience working in an industrial/mill setting is an asset, but not required.
- Follow Company policies and procedures while performing all tasks.

Education & Experience





- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s licence.
