We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ice Cream & Bubble Tea Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream flavors and ensuring a delightful experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, a keen sense of flavor combinations, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream and bubble tea drinks using high-quality ingredients.
- Operate blenders, ice cream machines, tea brewers, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and surfaces are regularly sanitized.
- Monitor inventory levels for ice cream, tea, toppings, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service—including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures to maintain product quality and comply with health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Solid math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
- Past Bubble tea and ice cream experience would be an asset.
