We are looking for a reliable and motivated Independent Leasing Agent to assist with apartment rentals.

Responsibilities

- Take photos of vacant apartments.
- Conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspection reports.
- Communicate observations regarding the condition of units.

Please note that all lease administration, tenant screening, advertising, and listing management are handled by our office. Your role is focused on on-site leasing activities and inspections.

Compensation

- ~$150 per unit rented (depending on the property and scope of work).
- Independent contractor position (self-employed).
- Payment is made upon successful rental of the unit.
- Contractors must submit an invoice after each completed rental.

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.




- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to take clear photos.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Experience in property management or leasing is an asset but not required.
