Duties

- Greet passengers warmly, assist with boarding and alighting, and ensure a positive experience throughout the ride
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures for fare collection or utilize electronic payment systems as applicable
- Manage your schedule effectively to maximize ride opportunities and meet passenger needs promptly
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, local regulations, and company policies to ensure safety and compliance at all times
- Keep detailed records of trips, fares, and expenses for personal tracking and reporting purposes

Skills





- Proven driving experience with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse passengers
- Strong time management skills to optimize routes and adhere to schedules efficiently
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required
