The platform serves a broad ecosystem of internal engineering teams across commercial, GovCloud, and sovereign cloud environments globally. This team pursues principled, high-impact architectural evolution with direct consequences at production scale. The team operates with distributed coverage across Pacific and India Standard Time zones, maintains continuous on-call coverage, and is actively invested in intelligent automation — including AI‐powered tooling built in-house to support triage and auto‐remediation at scale.What We Are Looking ForStrong distributed systems fundamentals, including deep understanding of Kafka internals (leader election, ISR management, consumer groups, log compaction, partition rebalancing) and the ability to reason about consistency and availability trade-offs in multi‐tenant environmentsKubernetes engineering proficiency, including StatefulSets, Autoscaling, PersistentVolumeClaims, and Helm; demonstrated experiencedebugging production Kubernetes workloadsInfrastructure‐as‐code experience with Terraform for cloud resources (IAM, object storage, messaging, block storage)Java engineering depth; the team's core services are Java‐based and require clean, performant, operationally sound implementationOperational ownership mindset: participation in on‐call rotation, production incident investigation,
