As part of the Third Party Residential Underwriting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of mortgage application documents. Build relationships with mortgage brokers and external partners while applying your analytical skills to escalate any concerns. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality and compliance of our underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive relationships with mortgage industry partners
• Review and verify income and property documentation
• Accurately escalate issues to senior underwriters




• Document underwriting notes clearly and completely

Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent
• Previous financial services experience advantageous
• Mortgage industry experience is beneficial
