What you’ll do

As an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) , you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

Your day-to-day:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including corrugators, printers, die cutters, folder-gluers, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and control systems using diagnostic tools, schematics, and software.




- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with operators and production teams to identify issues and optimize machine efficiency.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing maintenance practices, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Your strengths as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Red Seal Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and automated control systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and computer-based maintenance programs & SAP.
- Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement principles.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, organized work setting.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
