We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be adept in mechanical installations and maintenance. This is a road position with a service truck provided working in the aggregate industry. Some travel within Ontario required, mostly home each night.
Responsibilities
- Servicing our many customers with new equipment installs.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and other departments.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a Millwright is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
