We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves a variety of shop-based responsibilities, including equipment operation, mechanical work, hydraulic production support, and assisting with specialty industrial services.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced industrial workplace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Complete a variety of general labour tasks in workshop
- Operate equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when required
- Carry out routine maintenance activities, including inspections and cleaning
- Respond to operational requests and production requirements
- Demonstrate the safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain communication with supervisors and team leaders regarding work progress and operational needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards




- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical processes
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience operating industrial equipment is considered an asset
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial services, or a related field is considered an asset
- Willingness to learn

Rate of pay will be based on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
