Raven’s Nest Child Care Centre provides warm, inclusive, play-based care for young children. We focus on strong relationships, early development, and a protected, joyful environment for infants and toddlers.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Educator (ECE-IT) to provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care for children aged 0–3 years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with the BC Early Learning Framework.
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Communicate positively and openly with families.
- Observe and document children’s needs, development, and progress.
- Follow licensing requirements, health and safety policies, and centre procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the childcare team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Valid ECE Infant/Toddler (ECE-IT) Certificate recognized in British Columbia.
- Valid License to Practice from the BC ECE Registry.
- Current Infant/Child First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.




- Experience working with infants and toddlers is an asset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Caring, patient, and professional attitude.
