Lead transformative IT solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst for Nova Scotia Health. Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance technology in healthcare systems within a hybrid work setting. In this key role, you'll be pivotal in evaluating, designing, and supporting information management solutions across various health services.
You’ll report to the IM/IT Primary Care Manager and work closely with stakeholders to maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations. Your influence will drive strategic goals aligned with healthcare improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement system change requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot and escalate application issues as necessary
- Develop comprehensive documentation for end-users
- Ensure compliance with policies and service agreements
- Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare leaders and users Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- 5+ years in Technology or Health Analysis domains
- 2+ years’ experience in systems or application support
- Knowledge of healthcare applications preferred
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills Support healthcare advancement through IT excellence at Nova Scotia Health.
