This role emphasizes hands-on project management while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Ideal for individuals with construction experience and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project execution aligned with design specifications
- Monitor project performance, including cost and schedule
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and crisis communications
- Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Guide and support junior staff on site Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction management experience
- Preferred EIT or CET designation
- Familiar with change order preparations and logistical planning
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in quick-paced settings
