About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Finance & Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational oversight of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive oversight of financial management, investment governance, people operations, technology and information systems, data and business intelligence, and corporate services. This role is critical in ensuring the Foundation has the financial strength, organizational capacity, and operational infrastructure to support its strategic priorities, annual fundraising growth, and future comprehensive campaign initiatives. The Vice President will also lead the Foundation's governance and corporate services framework, provide strategic leadership for technology and information systems, and oversee the Foundation's people strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
