Lead safety initiatives as a Health and Safety Specialist in Guelph or Calgary, collaborating on multidisciplinary projects. Take on a pivotal role in this 12-month contract position. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will assist in multiple project components, focusing on implementing and supporting effective Health and Safety practices.

This includes conducting inspections and training, fostering partnerships, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations across Canadian provinces and industries. Provide H&S; guidance for flood risk and water quality projects

- Engage with local safety committees to promote initiatives
- Conduct health and safety inspections in various settings
- Support team development of risk assessment programs
- 5-year experience in health and safety roles required
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate is necessary
- Canadian Registered Safety Qualified
