Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various outdoor pool construction projects and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to develop construction, and maintenance while contributing to the successful completion of diverse pool and concrete projects.

Responsibilities

- Support construction activities by handling materials, digging, and site preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and organizing materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Assist with general site maintenance
- Assist with pool installations including wheeling stone and concrete

Skills





- Strong understanding of general construction procedures
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair or troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Concrete finisher a big plus
