The Innovation

Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI workflows, focusing on agentic AI solutions for Manulife’s Global AI Platform. You will collaboratively work with cross-functional teams, including Product, MLOps, and Risk, to transition prototypes into scalable solutions. Your expertise will help drive measurable business value through intelligent agent design and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize AI agents for enterprise applications
- Develop workflows using LLMs and API integrations




- Prototype and refine proofs of concept for AI solutions
- Engineer reusable components and knowledge integrations
- Ensure alignment with governance and engineering standards Requirements:
