Elevate patient care in Inpatient Cardiology at Humber River Health. This temporary full time role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff support, and patient-centered care delivery. As a Resource Person at Humber River Health, you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences in our Cardiology unit.
Responsibilities include facilitating communication and ensuring a safe environment, while adapting staffing and patient assignments based on needs. You will lead daily quality and safety huddles, promoting effective interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate communication of patient-related issues across shifts
- Adjust staffing assignments based on patient care needs
- Deliver direct patient care as required during shifts
- Monitor Command Centre to ensure responsive patient flow
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team planning for patients Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Two years recent experience in a clinical specialty
- Current BCLS certification
- Leadership experience in nursing Contribute to high-quality patient care and engage with teams fostering effective patient partnerships at Humber River Health.
