You will provide therapeutic interventions in a dynamic hospital setting that serves over 500,000 patients annually.
Responsibilities include assessing patients and developing effective treatment plans while collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals.
Your role will also include patient education and support in discharge planning, aligning with our commitment to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement mobility and pain management strategies
- Document patient care effectively in Connect Care
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams during rounds
- Mentor and supervise therapy students and assistants Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; registration required
- Robust communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with patient assessments in acute care
- Ability to lift and carry 10–15 kg as needed
