The Role

We're hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent to be the first voice our leads hear. Your job is simple to describe and hard to master: turn cold inquiries into booked consultations. You will work leads from first touch through to a scheduled appointment with our founder — nothing more, nothing less. If you are excellent at this, you will be compensated extremely well.

What You'll Do

- Handle all inbound leads from our web platforms, landing pages, and ad campaigns
- Make outbound calls to new and dormant leads daily — high volume, high energy
- Qualify buyers using our proven pre-construction framework
- Book consultations directly into our calendar system
- Follow up relentlessly via phone, email, and SMS using our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Maintain clean,



accurate records on every lead interaction
- Attend team briefings to stay current on active projects and inventory

What We're Looking For

- A natural on the phone — confident, warm, and persuasive
- Previous inside sales, cold calling, or real estate experience is a robust asset
- Comfortable with CRM tools; Follow Up Boss experience is a bonus
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed minute to minute
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
- Organized, punctual, and accountable
- Interest in or knowledge of the GTA real estate market is an advantage
