Apply to a growing company providing food distribution in Northern Ontario. Reliable Dairy/ 705Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable inside Sales/ Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Manage incoming calls and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns , and service issues.
- Generate and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare bank deposits
- Review and prepare customer orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
- Oversee daily order-picking to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Plan and schedule delivery routes for three drivers, optimizing service levels and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records using the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and stock availability.
- Track and manage refridgeration and freezer equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and operational status.




- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support needs, coordinate account activities, and drive business growth.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, with experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and general accounting functions.
- Experience with Odoo ERP/ Inventory Management Software is considered and asset.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers, and team members.
- Highly dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, food service, or dairy-related environment is an asset.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
