We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative based out of Sudbury, ON.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and technical expertise.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate industrial products, systems, and technical solutions.
- Present alternatives and solutions considering pricing, specifications, compatibility, and availability.
- Process quotes, proposals, and orders accurately, ensuring all product specifications and system requirements are accurately captured and addressed
- Provide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Maintain organized customer records and communicate demand changes to purchasing
- Support inventory counts and maintain accurate system data
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 or more years of Inside Sales, Customer Service,



and/or Counter Sales, preferably working with a fast-paced distributor of Safety equipment, Industrial components, or similar
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude
- Explicit and effective communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Honest, dependable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic
- Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of following written instructions, safety procedures, and documented processes
- Comfortable using computers and software such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems

In accordance with the provincial wage transparency requirements, the expected base compensation for this position is $40,000-$55,000 (or more) depending on relevant experience, technical competencies, certifications, etc. In addition, all permanent & full time associates are eligible for additional benefits, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD/AD&D;, Life Insurance, RRSP Matching, Pro-rated Vacation Entitlement, Paid Statutory Holidays, Employee Assistance, etc.
