Overview

We are seeking part-time casual installation technicians to join our team. Work hours and scheduling are determined by active project demand and may vary based on client workload. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that support our construction, maintenance, and operational projects.

The technicians will play a vital part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Flexible hours make this an ideal opportunity for those seeking to supplement their primary income.

Responsibilities

- Assist with construction, demolition, and site preparation activities
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an installation technician or in a similar role preferred




- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery required for construction or maintenance work
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when necessary
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with power tools, basic carpentry, or painting knowledge
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Reliable transportation is required for travelling to job sites in the lower mainland
- Red Seal Certification is considered a solid asset

This position is integral to the successful completion of our projects, requiring a motivated individual who values safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
