Responsibilities

- Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to children of various skill levels, encouraging participation and enjoyment
- Demonstrate proper tennis techniques, including grip, stance, and stroke execution, ensuring safety and proper form
- Organize fun drills and activities that develop coordination, agility, and basic game strategies
- Monitor participants’ progress, providing positive feedback and personalized guidance to boost confidence
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules and supervising all activities closely
- Assist with setting up equipment and preparing the playing area before each session
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, respect,



and sportsmanship among all participants

Skills

- Strong background in teaching or coaching tennis to children or youth populations
- Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and motivate young learners
- Ability to lead energetic sessions while maintaining safety standards at all times
- Experience with swimming is a plus, as it demonstrates versatility in sports instruction and safety awareness around water environments
- Passion for working with children and promoting healthy lifestyles through sports
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours during after-school hours and weekends if needed
