Insight Global is looking to hire Personal Lines Account Managers to support one of our Insurance brokerage Clients. The Personal Lines Account Manager partners with Account Executives to provide productive and supportive services to clients. This includes reviewing policy changes, reporting and managing claims, negotiating renewal terms to ensure policies meet all underwriting requirements.

This is a full-time position located in either the Mississauga, Newmarket or Ajax office 5x/week.

Required Skills & Experience

- Active RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers or Ontario)
- 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Attention to detail to decrease the possibility of E&O; (Errors and Omissions)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Familiar with insurance brokerage customer service management database – Agency Manager
- Onsite 5x each week in one of the GTA offices

What you'll do
- Upselling, networking, generating business through relationships and intakes




- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options across personal lines. (Personal property, home, tenants, condos, auto, life)
- Compare policies, rates, and terms from multiple insurers to find the best value and protection for clients.
- Explain insurance products, policy conditions, and coverage details in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Manage policy administration tasks, including applications, renewals, changes, and documentation.
- Advocate for clients during claims processes, ensuring timely communication and fair resolution.

Compensation $60,000-$65,000

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
