As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Integration Architect – Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation who wants to contribute to large-scale strategic projects while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-centered approach.

As anIntegration Architect – Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for:

Architecture and Digital Transformation

You will

- Define target architectures and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Design enterprise, integration, and solution architectures.
- Guide clients through cloud initiatives (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Conduct opportunity assessments, business cases, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Advise executives and senior leadership on strategic technology decisions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Participate in modernization, migration, and digital transformation programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions.





Artificial Intelligence Leadership

You will

- Develop and structure ESI’s Artificial Intelligence practice.
- Identify business opportunities related to AI and automation.
- Design solutions incorporating generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Support organizations in the responsible and secure adoption of AI.
- Define governance, ethics, and AI security strategies.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and business development initiatives.
- Act as a mentor to architects, consultants, and technical specialists.
- Maintain continuous technology watch activities to stay ahead of market innovations.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of all major IT domains:
- Infrastructure and Technology
- Data and Integration
- Experience working with government organizations, parapublic institutions, or large enterprises.
- Significant experience in technology governance, leadership, and strategic advisory services.

You have demonstrated expertise in several of the following areas:
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- IT Governance and Cybersecurity
- Application Modernization
- DevSecOps and Automation
- Integration of enterprise platforms and business systems





Artificial Intelligence Expertise

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in:

Integrating AI solutions within organizational environments.

Platforms and tools such as:

- Amazon Bedrock
- Or equivalent technologies
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI Agents
- AI Governance and Security

Defining strategic visions and AI adoption roadmaps.
