Position Summary

Acuren is currently seeking an Integrity Administrator to join our Asset Integrity team in Edmonton, AB.

The Integrity Administrator will play a key role in supporting the administrative and compliance requirements of Acuren’s ABSA and National Board Integrity Assessment Programs, Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as applicable client documentation and owner-user integrity programs.

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating administrative requirements, and ensuring integrity program activities are completed in accordance with applicable regulatory, company, and client requirements.

Position Details:

Position Type: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Start Date: September 2026

Location: In office position. Candidates must be local to Edmonton or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

- Develop a working knowledge of the Asset Integrity industry, with the ability to learn quickly and manage technical information.
- Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and client-specific software and databases.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy records, filing systems, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodations, and internal/external events.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes and notes, and liaise with internal and external contacts.
- Review and maintain Electronic Summary Reports (ESRs) and other integrity documentation.
- Administer Quality Program documentation, including NCRs, ITPs, Inspection Plans, and Integrity Reports.
- Assist with IMS compliance and report identified gaps to the Quality Manager/Program Administrator.
- Prepare inspection packages, job call sheets, final reports, and client submission packages.
- Support job opening, maintenance, and close-out activities, including quotes, cost summaries, and invoicing.
- Compile and maintain project and statistical data as required.
- Assist with training and coordinating junior administrative staff and support field activities as needed.

Requirements

- College Diploma or Certificate in Business, Office Administration, Quality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be able to successfully complete a standard industry pre-access Drug and Alcohol test, where required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands,



and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous exposure to the Integrity industry is an asset; however, a willingness and ability to learn is essential. This position requires the ability to manage a steep learning curve and a high volume of technical information, particularly during the initial training period.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader, to prepare correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Develop, organize, and maintain effective office and document management systems, including hard-copy and electronic filing structures.
- Utilize content management systems and internal databases to maintain accurate records and information. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new or proprietary software and client-specific data management systems is required. Experience with systems such as Ultrapipe, Maxi-Trak, Roughneck, Maximo, or SAP is considered an asset.
- Prepare inspection packages and job call sheets for in-service inspection activities, including obtaining required documentation from ABSA, such as Certificates of Authorization/Permits and Manufacturer’s Data Sheets, and compiling historical inspection and report information.
- Assist with the preparation and updating of ABSA Electronic Summary Reports (ESR).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality when handling technical documentation, inspection records, and client information
