Join our dynamic hardscape team as an Interlock Specialist, where you will play a vital role in creating durable, visually appealing interlocking surfaces that enhance outdoor spaces and architectural features. As an Interlock Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting installation of interlocking pavers, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Pressure Washing interlock driveways and patios.
- Prepare work sites by using hand tools and power tools for excavation, leveling, and surface preparation.
- Install interlocking pavers, concrete forms, and other materials with precision to meet project specifications.
- Apply skills in masonry, concrete finishing, and paver laying to create seamless surfaces that withstand environmental conditions.
- Utilize construction estimating knowledge to assess project scope and materials needed.
- Perform other landscape work,
including decks fences and other builds while ensuring finished surfaces meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardscape with a focus on interlocking paving or masonry projects.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and landscape equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, interlock work, deck/fence work and masonry practices.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project planning.
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or welding are a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
