Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections for maintenance needs
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility assets
• Troubleshoot and repair systems,



including electrical and mechanical
• Support energy conservation and waste management initiatives
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years in facility maintenance roles
• Proven experience with general repairs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts
