The Strategic Planning Advisor position is embedded within the Recruiting & Promotion Branch. This role focuses on connecting strategic goals to operational execution while providing analytical, evaluative, and advisory support to leadership. A successful candidate will need solid skills in data analysis, project management, and organizational evaluation to ensure effective promotion processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic analysis and evaluation advice to leadership
• Translate organizational risks into actionable plans




• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for promotions
• Conduct research to identify best practices in public sector promotions
• Analyze promotion data and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in strategic planning
• Degree in Business, Strategic Planning, or related field
• Experience in project management and business analytics
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
