The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment while ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently. This role requires a motivated leader who can drive performance through effective coaching, recognition, and employee engagement.Responsibilities Oversee and manage AM dock operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflowSupervise and lead a team of unionized employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentAchieve operational objectives as outlined in the operational scorecardMonitor and manage employee performance in accordance with operational standards and performance indicesContinuously improve operational standards through regular performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and recognitionCommunicate and implement company policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence and alignment across the teamPrepare and complete various reports and documentation related to operations and employee performanceExemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadershipPerform all other related duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation High school diploma or equivalentPost-secondary education is preferred but not mandatoryExperience 5 years of management experience,
