Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Specialized IT Consultant - Intermediate for a 12-month hybrid contract, 3 days onsite in Toronto.
Must Haves:
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM management
- Strong experience designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms to support project management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, and Script Includes
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration
- Solid understanding of Project Management lifecycle and integration with SPM modules
- Ability to manage certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows
