Role Overview

This full‑time on‑site or hybrid role is ideal for early‑career CPAs who want hands‑on experience and clear advancement opportunities. As an Intermediate Accountant / Associate, you will:

- Work on a variety of compliance engagements — audits, reviews, compilations, and corporate tax — from planning through completion
- Be part of our personal tax practice and support seasonal workflow
- Assist with tax planning and business advisory projects
- Work closely with experienced team members who are invested in your development

What You Bring

- CPA designation (preferred) or active CPA candidate
- Minimum one to three years of post‑graduation public accounting experience
- Solid understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and Assurance Standards; IFRS experience is a plus
- Experience preparing T1, T2, and T3 returns
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, TaxPrep (or equivalent), CaseWare, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear, professional communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in mentoring junior team members as your leadership skills grow
