Lead the Spanish language curriculum at St.
Louis
Centre in Waterloo. Use interactive teaching methods to elevate the learning experience for secondary school students. As a Secondary School Spanish Teacher, your role focuses on implementing the International Languages curriculum established by the Ministry of Education.
Through creative and task-based activities, you will engage students while evaluating their learning progress and adapting strategies accordingly. This position requires a commitment to fostering a supportive academic setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Spanish curriculum in-person to secondary students
- Create and adapt instructional materials
- Engage students through interactive activities
- Evaluate and discuss student performance
- Maintain a safe, encouraging classroom atmosphere Requirements:
- Certified by the Ontario College of Teachers
- Fluent in Spanish in all aspects
- Eligible for Canadian employment
- Available for in-person classes on Wednesdays
- Must submit a Police Vulnerable Sector Screening Check Make a lasting impact on students' Spanish language skills and cultural appreciation at St.
Louis Adult Learning
Centre.
