Position Summary The incumbent supports the international recruitment team in recruiting students by participating in administrative tasks, student and agent communications (email, phone, WhatsApp), on campus event support, calling campaigns and basic reporting functions. This position will work to support all international managers as assigned (outreach material preparation, agent supports and admin as well as conversion activities).

The role focuses on executing assigned tasks to support recruitment operations, ensuring timely communication and accurate follow-up with prospective students and stakeholders. The incumbent works collaboratively with International Recruitment Officers and Managers, providing support in lead management, event coordination, and routine administrative processes, while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials and logistical arrangements for international recruitment activities, including outreach events, campus visits, agent meetings, and delegation visits.
- Support the coordination and delivery of virtual and on-campus recruitment events, including registration management, attendee communications, event logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Provide timely and professional customer service support to prospective students, agents, school counsellors, and external stakeholders through email, telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, communications, and stakeholder interactions within recruitment systems.
- Support International Recruitment Officers and Managers with assigned market activities, outreach initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Execute assigned conversion activities to support recruitment goals, including webinars, calling campaigns, targeted communications, and follow-up initiatives.
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective students to encourage engagement with recruitment initiatives and support progression through the recruitment funnel.
- Manage assigned leads generated through recruitment campaigns and digital channels, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and escalation of complex inquiries.
- Assist International Recruitment Managers with agent-related processes, including preparation of documentation, contract administration, and invoice verification activities.
- Respond to routine inquiries from agents and school counsellors, providing accurate information or escalating matters to appropriate staff.
- Maintain organized records related to agent partnerships, recruitment activities, and supporting documentation.
- Provides support on special projects, recruitment initiatives,



and operational activities as assigned by International Recruitment Managers, contributing to team priorities and supporting the effective delivery of international recruitment activities.

Qualifications/Experience

- 2-year diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Education, Office Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-years of experience providing administrative and customer service support, preferably in a recruitment, education, or student services setting.
- Intermediate knowledge of PC (and mobile) software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, WhatsApp).
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using digital communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other web-based applications, to communicate with clients and support day-to-day activities.
- Cross-cultural customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Additional languages (written and or/verbal) are considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
