• Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration spaces

• Ensure the governance of cooperative tools and support users in their daily use

• Accompany project teams and offer advanced technical support

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services

• Maintain identity synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments

• Troubleshoot authentication, access, and directory services issues. Configure accounts, security groups, and access privileges

• Leverage Azure environments and associated cloud services

• Monitor virtual infrastructures and ensure the performance of servers and virtual machines

• Automate administrative tasks using scripts and orchestration tools

• Support IP telephony services and unified communications platforms

• Diagnose telecommunication incidents and implement the necessary corrective measures

• Administer backup, recovery and service continuity solutions

The profile sought is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer engineering

• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology infrastructure and network management

• Proficient in automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation

• Demonstrate expertise in the administration and security of corporate networks

• Have at least (3) three years of experience with Microsoft Intune

• Leverage cloud environments such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint and collaborative platforms

• Understand concepts and tools related to backup, recovery, and continuity of technology services
