Rental Brothers is a fast-growing event rental company specializing in high-quality tents, tables, and event equipment for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale productions.

We’re known for delivering clean, premium setups and that standard starts in our shop.

The Role

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of maintaining and restoring our rental inventory between August 15th and November 15th, 2026.

This isn’t just basic repair work, you’ll be responsible for making sure every item that leaves our warehouse looks clean, professional, and event-ready.

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in details, and like seeing before-and-after transformations, this role will be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Sanding, staining, and refinishing wooden rental items (tables, bars, etc.)
- Performing minor repairs on wood, metal, and general equipment
- Touch-ups including painting, cleaning, and restoring items to like-new condition
- Identifying damaged or worn items and recommending repair or replacement
- Keeping the workshop and repair area clean and organized




- Working through a structured repair and maintenance workflow each week

Bonus (Nice to Have)
