Winchesters is seeking a Senior Manager of Investment Operations in Toronto to build and lead a dedicated ops function from the ground up. You will own trade support, reconciliation, valuation oversight, and portfolio reporting across assets, with a hands-on approach in a small team.

The role requires 7+ years in investment operations, robust process design skills, and excellent communication with investment teams and external partners. CPA/CFA is a plus; English fluency essential.
