- Support product owners, business sector stakeholders, and technology teams in their decision-making and delivery of deliverables
- Define and plan business analysis activities, and proactively coordinate and implement them
- Lead workshops with speakers from different levels and areas of expertise
- Model current and future processes based on current mapping practices
- Perform high-level and detailed process impact analyses in collaboration with relevant experts
- Collect, document and manage business requirements, stakeholder needs and solution requirements, while ensuring their traceability and updating throughout their lifecycle
- Develop user test cases and support users during the transfer to production and operational transition

- Hold a high school diploma (SSD) or equivalent
- Have experience or knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, as well as artificial intelligence tools (an asset)
