IT Field Services Engineer

Location: Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada

Site: 7701 44th St, Unit A

Type: Onsite Dispatch / Network Refresh

Schedule: Evening dispatch / standby

We are looking for a hands-on IT Field Services Engineer to support onsite network refresh and infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support network refresh and hardware replacement
- Rack & stack, mount, install, and remove network devices
- Basic network cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management
- Support switches, routers, access points, and related equipment
- Provide onsite access/support to remote network teams
- Use PuTTY, AnyDesk, or similar tools
- Provide basic EUC L1/Desktop Support
- Troubleshoot basic Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity issues




- Update tickets and provide onsite completion reports/photos

Requirements:

- Experience in network refresh, field services, or IT infrastructure
- Basic networking and cabling knowledge
- Hands-on installation/rack & stack experience
- Familiarity with PuTTY/AnyDesk
- Basic desktop/EUC support experience
- Positive communication and troubleshooting skills
- Local Lloydminster technician preferred

Important: This is a standby/dispatch-based role, with assignments subject to client requirements and schedule confirmation.

Pay: $30.00-$35.55 per hour
