- Offer Level 2 and Level 3 IT support for incidents
- Refine and manage operational support processes
- Ensure service level agreement compliance through monitoring




- Lead various IT projects, including system integrations
- Mentor and guide other team members in service practices Requirements:

- Robust technical knowledge of security systems and applications
- Familiarity with MacOS and Google Workspace
